To be honest, we're not exactly sure what really happened next! Either Noemie picked up the pumpkin and handed it to Charlie or he picked it up, gave it to her and she handed it back to him. I think the latter is what happened but now that we try and think back we can't be sure. In any case, it all ended well and Charlie happily carried it back down to the farm on the return hayride.
